Educational Qualifications for HIL Recruitment 2021
- Finance Manager: Must be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 12 years post-professional qualification experience in a responsible capacity in a manufacturing unit. Knowledge of SAP is desirable and if any incumbents working within the organization should have at least 2 years of working experience, which is less than Rs.24900-3% -50500 in a step post payscale.
- Assistant Marketing Manager: B.Sc. (Agriculture) or Bachelor of Science with 5 years working experience in the field of Agrochemicals / Seeds / Fertilizers in a reputed company. If anyone working within the organization should have at least for02 years of working experience, then he/she should be on a step post pay scale of Rs. Should work below 1,6400-3% -40500.
- Company Secretary: Should be an Associate / Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India with 5 years of experience in the field, not less than 2 years of which a supervisory capacity below Rs.6400A in one step Post Payscale Should be in 3% -40500.
